How can I pay for my tour?

Our prices are quoted in US dollars and a small booking fee are added during checkout. You can pay for your tour with any of the three major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you’re looking to book for the following day, you will need to call our office directly.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can book with confidence knowing that all daily sightseeing tours are fully cancellable up to 48-hours in advance of your tour. Plans can change even for groups. For parties of up to 10 guests, simply cancel within 48 hours of your tour time and receive a full refund. For groups of 11 or more, cancel 7 days or more before your scheduled tour time to receive a full refund.

When will this tour return to my pick-up location?

This tour will return to your pick-up location at approximately 5:30pm.

Best decision ever to go to Niagara with Zoom. I have been on many tours but this has been by far the best. The tour guide Alp was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and genuinely takes notice of all who are on the tour. My family and I were on an overnight trip to Toronto and wanted a quick way to explore the city. We were extremely lucky to be on Johnny’s tour. He communicated with us prior to the start of the tour so we could make it on time, helped us with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations and provided interesting commentary throughout our tour. My 10 year old son even commented this was the first tour he’s ever really enjoyed and paid attention to! We highly recommend this tour, especially with Johnny as a tour guide. We booked direct with Zoom. Easy booking and they kept us updated with reminders and accurate details about pick up location etc. We were picked up on time by Johnny, he was our driver and guide for the day. And what a great guy. He was very informative, chatty, funny, friendly, welcoming and a wealth of knowledge. He was a genuinely good guy who clearly enjoyed his job. The tour itself was fantastic, we did it on a Sunday morning so traffic was quiet and queues were short as we arrived early. We were lucky enough to have 30C weather and pure sunshine so we dried off after the boat trip pretty quick. YOU WILL GET WET even with the ponchos.
