He communicated with us prior to the start of the tour so we could make it on time, helped us with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations and provided interesting commentary throughout our tour. My 10 year old son even commented this was the first tour he’s ever really enjoyed and paid attention to! We highly recommend this tour, especially with Johnny as a tour guide. We booked direct with Zoom. Easy booking and they kept us updated with reminders and accurate details about pick up location etc. We were picked up on time by Johnny, he was our driver and guide for the day. And what a great guy. He was very informative, chatty, funny, friendly, welcoming and a wealth of knowledge. He was a genuinely good guy who clearly enjoyed his job. The tour itself was fantastic, we did it on a Sunday morning so traffic was quiet and queues were short as we arrived early. We were lucky enough to have 30C weather and pure sunshine so we dried off after the boat trip pretty quick. YOU WILL GET WET even with the ponchos.
