How long is the tour?

The tour lasts approximately 4 hours, including pick-up and drop-off.

Where is pick-up and drop-off offered?

We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off at hotels located in downtown Toronto, Mississauga & YYZ Airport Please provide your hotel name when booking.

How can I pay for my tour?

Our prices are quoted in US dollars and a small booking fee are added during checkout. You can pay for your tour with any of the three major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you’re looking to book for the following day, you will need to call our office directly.

What happens if it rains?

The tour runs rain or shine. We recommend bringing an umbrella or rain jacket just in case.

What if St. Lawrence Market is closed?

The market is closed on Mondays. On those days, we visit the historic Distillery District instead.

Is the Toronto Harbour City Cruise available year-round?

The Harbour City Cruise operates seasonally (May to October). During the winter months (November to April), the cruise is replaced with a visit to Casa Loma.

Is lunch included in the tour?

No, lunch and snacks are not included. You will have free time at St. Lawrence Market to purchase food if you wish.

Is this tour suitable for children?

Yes! This tour is family-friendly and great for travelers of all ages.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, this tour is not recommended for guests with mobility challenges, as some locations may have limited accessibility.

Easy booking and they kept us updated with reminders and accurate details about pick up location etc. We were picked up on time by Johnny, he was our driver and guide for the day. And what a great guy. He was very informative, chatty, funny, friendly, welcoming and a wealth of knowledge. He was a genuinely good guy who clearly enjoyed his job. The tour itself was fantastic, we did it on a Sunday morning so traffic was quiet and queues were short as we arrived early. We were lucky enough to have 30C weather and pure sunshine so we dried off after the boat trip pretty quick. YOU WILL GET WET even with the ponchos.
